About Morten
Morten is the owner and main guide at Rostille Guiding. He is Norwegian, and has been working as a professional nature guide since 2016 in places such as Svalbard, Greenland, Antarctica and Nepal.
Morten is educated in "friluftsliv" and as an Arctic Nature Guide through Tromsø University. As well as this, Morten is an endorsed IPGA guide.
Morten has extensive knowledge and experience in arctic expeditions, and a real passion for the outdoors.

About Rakel
Rakel runs most of the day to day in the office. She will happily answer queries and help with the planning of expeditions. She is also the expedition contact in all of our adventures, meaning she provides the weather forecast and help the guide and guests remotely during the expeditions.
Rakel is educated as a lawyer. She has years of guiding experience from Svalbard and the Arctic.
Rakel is Norwegian but resides in the Czech Republic during her current studies in veterinary medicine.
About Gaute
Gaute is an educated Arctic Nature Guide from UIT and has extensive experience from trips in Arctic regions.
He has participated in the Femundløpet, cycled the length of Norway, and paddled a canoe through Finnish Lapland, in addition to countless long ski trips and expeditions on skis in Svalbard and Norway.
Gaute is calm and smiling, and often shares his three favorite things about being outdoors: hot coffee, telemark skiing turns, and beautiful views.
